The so-called “Southern Cone” (or Cono Sur) of Argentina and Chile has rapidly grown to become one of the great wine regions of the world. On either side of the Andes, old colonial estates have rejuvenated themselves in just a single generation, and now lead the world in offering incredible value. But there are also some serious wines on offer. This pack contains two Argentine Malbecs – including a superb example from the emerging sub-region of Uco Valley - plus a bottle of Carmenère from Chile – respectively the two countries' specialist grapes.
