Named after a distant Burgundian ancestor of the de Beaurepaire family, the 2019 Perceval is the first vintake that wasn’t fined or filtered in any way - and the leap in quality and intensity is remarkable.
2019 was a drought year in NSW, and that meant small but intense berries packed with flavour - but unfortunately tiny quantities of wine.
This ticks all the Pinot boxes: red cherries, raspberry, rhubarb - and the tannins are especially silky. Great value!
