In not quite one generation (the vines were only planted in 1999), this wine has become something of a classic. The evolution of the style leapt forward in 2012 with the addition of the Lenswood vineyard, one of three in the blend. At 400+ metres, its cool enough to provide natural acidity.
"Aiming for elegance, restraint, and the ability to age, acid is bright and there’s generosity of flavour. Typically it shows white flowers, citrus, and nectarine notes."
